[BUG] can't create characters with custom dataset #6215

I get this error in the log when creating a character with a custom ruleset. I think it may have to do with the gui setup but I might be wrong.... i'm using stable 6.08 verson of pcgen

ps. am i supposed to open the jar, exe or bat file on windows to run pcgen correctly?

You can run any. I use .bat because the command window gives me feedback.

Log should be set lower than finer. It's difficult to see the real error through the none error mess.

The error was fixed by the author updating the data set, but this thing could use a more detailed error than null.
