Set the Language not available in Sonarr #8

Great information here and since I changed from Sonarr V3 to V4 it is super helpful. But it appears that at least in my Sonarr v4 the language setting referred to in https://github.com/PCJones/radarr-sonarr-german-dual-language?tab=readme-ov-file#5-set-the-language does not exist in Sonarr v4, in Radarr it does.

I checked the Sonarr v4 FAQ here: https://wiki.servarr.com/sonarr/faq-v4#where-have-language-profiles-gone

Perhaps you can update the guide at that part. Else again fantastic work!

Hi,

I'll add this to the guide but this is no problem, there is no need to set the language to Any in Sonarr.
