Add interaction with geoserver

Added following commands among other minor adjustments:

• setup to set BioModelos API url
• geoserver for operations related with Geoserver (at the moment is just one)
  • setup for Geoserver url and credentials
  • upsert to upload models to Geoserver and update the corresponding models in the BioModelos API
