Drop all items in one moment and you can't pick it until reload game

In previous versions (1.5.2) (with PEX in archive) everything is working perfectly. What is wrong now?

I get the same

All my servers in the past and present have used modify world and pex. Now modifyworld just randomly cancels a players rights to everything and deposits all their items on the floor!
