Also, a timeout error could be in place, if after 30s there's no response.

Not a bad idea, but I don't have access to it.

Sure thing. We'll have to do some testing first, as we need to get it certified to launch publicly or something.

Say that we will only check message content from channels that are setup for the chatbot
