pop up photo box like facebook #115

Hello :)

it'd be useful if we had a photo popup feature similar to facebook's ,

currently, their just displayed on the page, but depending on some photo sizes compared to others, some are out of alignment and they dont really look nice

I've chosen 3 photo's from my gallery, one small, medium and large just to give an example of what I mean with them being so different in alignment etc :)

if we had a pop up box Where the "Next Photo's" are kept under the photo that your on, but the photo popped up (like facebook) with the comments to the side of it, that'd be much better I think :)

Please edit this to be for only one thing. You have it for two, video and photo.

Edited this, and created a separate video request :) ,Can't seem to change the title of it though ___ , Wont happen again :)

So you want the old Theater mode brought back? Perhaps with a removal of the row of images at the bottom (option) so that people can see the images better?

thank you for changing the title Donna :) , Ye a kind of theatre mode would be really cool :) , Personally I'd still want the row of photos on the bottom, and the option to have an image displayed full screen :)

The theater mode, which was available in PF by default recently, was one of reasons why I deceided to move from SE to PF some years ago ))) And now it disappeared :( It's obvious that it should be back.

this should apply to all photo thumbnails across the site. As it is all messed up and inconsistent. For example https://github.com/moxi9/phpfox/issues/1728 There is no need for a thumbnail to point to a profile page as you already have all info about that activity. You know who uploaded and when it was uploaded. You just want to see the photo... So having theater photo back is a must have since that way you save 3 clicks/page loads
