Run LBSPR model on BFISH sci fishing #14

The size structure for this dataset is very left skewed. This could either be a sign of dome-shaped selectivity or extreme F (doubtful). Try fitting a LBSPR model to this data to see what the size structure on its own indicates. image

The LBSPR on the BFISH research fishing looks ok, with F/M=1.7, SPR=20%, L50=27cm and L95=42cm. image

The LBSPR on the HMFRS also looks ok, with F/M=2.7, SPR=20%, L50=40cm and L95=51cm. image

The LBSPR on the 1-fish 2012 FRS data has some issues fitting, with very late selectivity to population, with F/M=0, SPR=100%, L50=54cm and L95=73cm.

The LBSPR on the UFA 2012-2013 data fitted ok, with F/M=2.2, SPR=17%, L50=34cm and L95=39cm. image

The LBSPR on the BFISH camera (all years) data fitted ok, with F/M=0.7, SPR=48%, L50=37cm and L95=43cm.
