Inconsistent capital starting letters (+ irrelevant word in "upload attach file") #187

Describe the bug In the Editing Toolbar some of the first icons has a capital starting letter while others doesn't.

To Reproduce

  1. Hover over different icons

Expected behavior Either consistent capital or non capital letter

Additional context If the texts are being changed, I also think that the "upload attach file" shold be reduced to "attach file", since upload is irrelevent when attach is there.

If I can create a Pull Request that updates it consistently, I will happily do it
