Description

Scrolling does not seem to work on Chrome. This is a known issue and an issue has been filed with Chrome: https://github.com/rtfd/readthedocs.org/issues/4066

Functionality affected

Mouse wheel scrolling
Page navigation keys (e.g. page up, page down, home, end)
Anchor URLs, whether it's clicking them, or entering directly into the browser

Additional notes

Sometimes it is possible to temporarily fix the issue by interacting with the site, but I was not able to replicate.
