Tool fail if PUID 049_0581108 is selected #164

For some weird reason, PUID 049_0581108 (on PISP) causes the tool to error out on the pdf creation process. All of the other units around it will generate a report just fine.

Bad data in one of the tables causing the report to break? We should look into it. (testing all 2.9million PUs is going to be a challenge...)
