Poor layout of quartered shields #236

Can you provide an example blazon that demonstrates the problem?

"I've been thinking that the proportions of quartered arms are not quite right, 
so I tried quartering a field with saltires. The result was ugly in other ways 
as well:

quartered first and fourth azure a saltire or; second and third gules, a 
saltire or"  (from Jim B.)

-- I've been thinking of ways to improve quartering, and having more explicit 
placements for each different shaped quarter (or automatically modifying the 
placements). A bit complicated so it might take a while...
