Extra Stuff in the pr2_description (ros ticket #5126)

I found a couple things that are off the standard spec in the PR2 description.

First, a base collision element has a material.

Second, several parts in the forearm and gripper have a verbose tag.

Third, the head has two unexpanded macros that should either be defined or removed.
