Fix ATE #324

The ATE computation was wrong, now fixed

@nachovizzo can this be merged?

We double checked the ATE values with evo_ape and they match now.

I don't really care about this particular case but we might try to be more verbose than :

The ATE computation was wrong, now fixed

If you come back in 5 months and try to understand what you changed and why you will have troubles. But don't just change it now
