Download ftp links are broken - "404 Not Found" #38

Links are broken for the project - PXD011967 https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pride/archive/projects/PXD011967/files

@deeptijk, can you check this again. I can access link and also possible to download files (ftp://ftp.pride.ebi.ac.uk/pride/data/archive/2019/11/PXD011967) It can be a temporary issue. Yesterday there was a issue in FTP, but now they have fixed it

@sureshhewabi it's the same, I checked again. It's the same for me.

oh, their HTTP links are broken. FTP downloads are working.

@deeptijk found the issue. If there is a # in the filename, http links breaks. For example: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pride/archive/projects/PXD005812/files in this projects, we can download files that does not have #, but not the files with #. I will create a issue in Submission tool to avoid # in file names

So, we have to now somehow remove it so people can use it.
