BAGIS Pro addin versions #41

Please update the addin's version text. This is very likely to be the final release for ArcGIS Pro 2.X.

Do you want to wait until we get the Alaska support in? issue #40. Or I can do it this week.

Well... this didn't go quite as planned for a variety of reasons, but I wanted to make sure the Target Version was set as you requested. The date was already updated on the most recent build. There is a new version of this AddIn on basins.
