The timberline tool has an optional button that allows users to add a custom reference layer. Currently this button allows the user to select a web service layer but BAGIS-P crashes when it tries to add the layer. Interim solution is to not allow webservices to be added. Ultimate solution is to update BAGIS-P to support web services from this button.
