Read Features (Spotify etc.) #34

Added the functionality to read out the Features (like Spotify etc.)

With my AVR you cannot read Spotify, Airplay etc. from the inputs. So you have to do this in a separate way.

Its pretty much the invert of the function "getAvailableZones".
