[Feature request] Verified versions in GitHub #84

Hello,

For people using the repo directly instead of smrtanalysis, it's not really clear to see whether a given commit has passed all tests and corresponds to a released version or not

It would be nice to have the releases on Github who correspond to the different releases of SMRTAnalysis
