Include phaseset information #28

Is it possible to include the phaseset (PS) tag of the reads in the output of aligned_bam_to_cpg_scores.py? It would be helpful to know where the phase block breaks.

Thanks @AngelaQChen, I don't think this is something we'll be able to support in the short term.
