Bot Not Working On chess.com #62

Capture Unfortunately the bot is not working on chess.com.As you can see in the uploaded image, the browser(Google Chrome) is opening as expected(check number 1 in the photo),I log in with my chess.com account credentials,I choose Stockfish in the GUI options but when I press 'Start' the Status remains inactive forever.It shows 'Starting'(check number 2 in the photo) but it never starts.I follow the same steps on lichess.org and the bot works perfectly!

my issue is that, i can start the bot and it says starting but doesnt detect opponents moves, that means if it plays white it will play e4 and then if opponent playes a move it doesnt get on the list same as for playing with black, when you start it, it simply doesnt detect the move. i tried it on lichess and it works there
