Issue Description

Similar to #15392, soulstones do not ask for consent.

What did you expect to happen?

To be ghosting and not be forced into a soulstone after 30 minutes

What happened instead?

I was forced to ahelp so i could salt in dchat

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Players that are sitting in dchat and don't want to play shouldnt be forced to ahelp and ask for their body to be rerolled

Steps to reproduce the issue.

die, have someone force soulstone you 30 minutes later

If things like this are going to be changed, it would be nice to have the same happen for Lazarus Reagent as well. As a slime person, it can be frustrating to be dead and alt tabbed for 40 minutes only for LR to just force you back into your body.

..But also, skill issue. Pressing the 'set DNR' button should prevent this if you don't want to be revived.
