Allow to pass coarse and fine propagation matrices as arguments to get_parareal_stab_function

Currently the matrices G and F are taken from the solutions inside Parareal. Make this the default behaviour, but allow to supply other matrices as arguments. This will allow e.g. to easily use different symbols (i.e. different spatial discretisations) for coarse and fine propagator.
