a solution could be move all subscription inside flowrouter subscriptions function. Doing that we can use server side render in order to increase performance

@geckoslair on ecb26e620dc85b68e5985ae62bedb3b70d9d8418, we handle 404 on template (as flowrouter suggest)

Is it okay or do you want to try flow router subscription?
