Integrate scenario "Publishing 3D Object" from workshop Tours 2019 #55

Christoph and me created a new scenario at the workshop in Tours on "Publishing 3D Objects". We pushed it into the ParthenosWP4/Workshops repo, you can find it here: https://github.com/ParthenosWP4/Workshops/tree/master/Tours19/publishing3DObjects Please validate and integrate it into the official repo, so that it shows up in the UI.

Additional information: I put the image for the scenario already in the SSK repo. The image should therefore already show up.
