Please describe the feature you want.
Right now, pinned tabs look the same as normal tabs. They also behave similarly, within
Tab Organizer. This is bad because they behave differently in Chrome!

In addition to indicating which tabs are pinned or not, it would also be nice if a
user could pin/unpin tabs within Tab Organizer. We should be careful to not bloat up
the UI, though.

Revision 535ff95643 added in an "is:pinned" special query. I'm still trying to decide
on how to style pinned tabs to make them visually distinct from normal tabs.

I'm also trying to decide whether to let users pin/unpin tabs within Tab Organizer,
and if so, how to do it.

Revision 7e451ceea2 makes pinned tabs look different from non-pinned tabs (the favicon
changes to a blue lock).

In addition, I also added in an "Un/pin selected" item to every window's context menu.

The above should be in version 3.9, which is not released yet.

Version 3.9 has been released, so that should cover everything related to pinned tabs.
