(Almost) no more Dialogs <- Only when renaming observable and closing with unsafed changes
Kinda In Development:
We dont have "Default value fillers anymore"
Handle renaming/adding new condition ids in measurement table
Resizing of the dockers is a bit weird (probably due to the Top/Bottom/Sides) <- Perhaps skip sides and only have top/bottom
Parameter petab_lint is too good
Not working yet:
Some dataframe changes cannot be made inplace, thus creating a differing copy to the original petab_problem. Makes checking the whole problem weirder <- Solution: dont save the petab problem anymore but when requested get all values, create a new one and then use that? e.g. liniting. Could get expensive for e.g. simulation
