Create animations of ocean SST and Seafloor temp in Denman region.

Daily SST in 2018, from IAF cycle 3 at 0.1 degree resolution (ACCESS-om2-01). Animation is in MP4 format, which seem to have browser issues, but it works in chrome (browser friendly gif animations are below).

Daily SST from year 3 of MOM6 PanAntarctic simulation at 0.05 degree resolution (z* coordinate model). Animation is in MP4 format, which seem to have browser issues, but it works in chrome (browser friendly gif animations are below).
