I've been trying to get this code working with the Arduino Uno Wifi REV2. Any possible solution to get DMXSimple working with this 4809 board?

Depends on your definition of "possible". Someone with deep knowledge of that chips I/O registers would need to rewrite the assembly code. That definitely is possible for certain people with enough knowledge & skill.

I have no plans to do that for this chip. But if someone else does and submits a pull request, I would like to merge it.
