Project lacks a readme and a license #43

I noticed that this project lacks a readme and license. Certainly an actual license is very important in order to actually make it open-source and allow everyone to add to the project. Is there any reason why there currently is no license nor readme?

See the comments in OneWire.cpp for the license info. It is there. All you need to do is read it.
