Failed to Load File Error #1

I installed the Topola Webtrees module. I am running: Webtrees 1.7.14 PHP 7.2.19-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 Apache 2.4.29

When I select the Topola menu option, the iframe loads with the blue top band and the "Powered by Topola" button, but then I get the error: Failed to load file Failed to read the 'sessionStorage' property from 'Window': Access is denied for this document. Nothing else happens.

Thanks for filing the issue. What browser are you using?

Chrome Version 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) But now that you mention this I tried also with IE 11, in this case the blue top frame does not load, nor does the Powered by button.

This should be fixed now in Chrome. IE11 is not supported.

No need to reinstall the webtrees module. You can just try opening it again.
