Adds commands for pause and resume #19

Adds just two new commands: pause and resume

Nice. It even works with arbitrary values like 57m or 23h.

There is one typo on the message Failed to pauase server, but I'll fix that since I'm going to patch in an extra field on duc status anyway so that we can see when the server is paused:
