'php' could not be spawned. Is it installed and on your path? If so please open an issue on the package spawning the process. #365

I have installed composer to windows and set C:\ProgramData\ComposerSetup\bin\composer.phar and E:\xampp\php\php.exe to settings but i got following error

'php' could not be spawned. Is it installed and on your path? If so please open an issue on the package spawning the process.

I have the same issue. I run win 7 64 bit, error seems to relate to class="platform-win32 is-blurred"> ==$0
