Meta: Guidelines for Ads to be more relatable?

This isn't a bug, but a suggested start on guidelines for the ads themselves.

If the goal is to break out of the "Perl Community" then you'd want to do a few things:

1. No jargon (what is TPRC?)
2. When before where (is it time sensitive?)
3. Link to more info (this is great).

With these suggestions in mind the above could be reformatted as:

Different ad text / reminders could be dynamically generated based on a little meta data for each event:

• '%s: Early bird pricing ends on %s!' # $con_name, $earlybird_deadline
• '%s: Early bird pricing ends in %d days!' # $con_name, $earlybird_deadline - $today
• '%s call for papers ends in %d days.' # $con_name, $papers_deadline - $today
• '%s: Submit your talk abstract by %s.' # $con_name, $papers_deadline
• '%s: %d days left until the conference on %d!' # $con_name, $con_start - $today, $con_start
• '%s: %d days left until the conference. Select your talks now' # $con_name, $con_start - $today, $con_start, $con_talk_chooser_url

  and so on. This can help with ad blindness

The existing ads are just two ideas that I threw together for testing. I know they can be improved.
