HoverEvent no longer has #getValue #4

As of https://github.com/SpigotMC/BungeeCord/commit/1d40b8a88a3b62a1c1a58fa47e8e3fbaeb383de9#diff-a20b2f85e7838cf5d8df5393e05573c9, HoverEvent no longer has a #getValue method. This causes MineDown to not work on newer versions of BungeeCord.
