Note about SVN on the project page no longer true?

http://code.google.com/p/flot/ says that the svn repo on Google code is synced 
with github every 10 minutes, which does not seem to be the case any more, that 
section probably needs an update :)

We're no longer supporting the Google Code repo, so I need to modify that note.
