[RevisionMachine] revisions.ContributorId contains "null" instead of null #98

If a contributor of a revision is not registered, the respective ContributorId 
in the revisions table should be null.
The current version of the RevisionMachine inserts the String "null", which is 
not correct. This behavior can be observed when datafiles are written. It is 
probably not the case when SQL files are written.
