use regular ZIP files for resources #68

It would be nice if we would use regular ZIP files instead of our custom
.res files. This would enable more people to poke at Quadra and manipulate
it. Should probably be combined with a "path" system, like that of Quake3,
so that people could make their own "patch" resources to customize the
game, and so on...
