Button to recieve full article-text #254

I would really appreciate it to have a "read more" button like in FeedEx 
(https://github.com/HoloAddict/FeedEx/) in the Article-View to recieve the 
contents of the full article.

This app is merely a client for Tiny Tiny RSS, not a full featured RSS reader. 
To support a feature like this I would have to start implementeing RSS features 
and parsing xml directly from the feeds which I don't think should happen in a 
client.
