unable to connect after last update #263

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. update to ttrss-reader v1.79
2. try to connect to https server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Unable to connect with one of errors:
* Exception in doRequest(): null

* SSLException in doRequest(): ... Trust anchor for certification path not found

What version of the product are you using (please provide the full version
information from the About-box!)? On what android version? And
what server-version is your TTRSS-Server running?

v1.79, android 4.2.1, ttrss v 1.10

Please provide any additional information below:

* everything was working until latest update from google play.
* ssl settings for "accept all ssl certs" and "trust all hosts" are both enabled
* server is using self-signed SSL cert.

Can you please send me a mail (ttrss at nilsbraden.de) with the server-address
of your ttrss-instance? I don't need an account, just need to debug the
connection. Thank you.
