Adds the noforwardlinking macro to suppress forward linking when hyperref is loaded.

Merged this into the develop branch of apxproof, with a small change: I changed the \noforwardlinking command into a forwardlinking=no package option. Thanks a lot for the contribution! It will be incorporated into a future release.
