IE Tab Plus conflict #124

== What exact steps will reproduce the problem? ==

1. Install both tab kit and IE tab plus
2. hover over a tab / right click tab

== What is the expected output? What do you see instead? ==
The right click context menu should contain two entries:
Switch rendering engine
Open in ext.app.
Instead the entries are appearing in the on-hover box below the pages full 
title.

== What versions of Tab Kit and Firefox are you using? On what operating
system? ==
Tab Kit 0.6 + IE tab plus 1.94.20100904 (both latest)
Firefox 3.6.10
Windows 7 Home Premium

== Please provide any additional information below. ==
I contacted the IE tab plus developer and filed a bug report which can be found 
here https://www.mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=23338 he has subsequently 
replied asking me to contact you, as it is not something he can fix himself.

He is however willing to try any suggestions you may have for modifications he 
can make on his end, if necessary.

The same holds for IE Tab 2.
