Add affiliate carrier alongside auxiliary and official

This needs more work, we need to adapt a new database field to handle this, since the current field is a boolean.

Make a new field with TEXT values, and wrap the input via an enumeration. Leave the current field alone for now, it can be deprecated later as needed
