And I Test Use File chdman latest version from mamedev and this work

It should work for ps2 iso as well. It won't work for psp as it doesn't support createdvd but it is planned. First I have to create a JNI interface between the Java frontend and the native chdman so I don't need to keep around a statically compiled executable of chdman.
