[BUG] titles.xql does not comply with mvc model #15

Expected behavior

pipeline should function: controller -> model -> view(s)

Actual behavior

titles.xql is skipping the model entirely and creating HTML fragments rather than a TEI model of the information

Reproduction steps

try to visit http://localhost:8080/exist/apps/pr-app/titles
