Some OTT apps (like hotstar) having video playback problems. #2188

Expected Behavior

Video playback on OTT apps like hotstar and Sony LIV shouldn't cut out every second. It should play smoothly.

Current Behavior

There's a problem with video playback with a few OTT apps like hotstar and Sony LIV. The video keeps Cutting out throughout the length of the content. The problem is mainly with PE12.1 on redmi note 10 (mojito).

Steps to Reproduce

1.Go to play store and download hotstar app.
2.Open the app and log in.
3.Try Playing any video, for example: Family Guy (in my case).
4.Observe the video playback.
