Dwarf Therapist Missing Grid lines, Dwarf Names, and visual cues for Labors #345

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unknown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output of dwarves names and a grid to distinguish the labor 
choices is expected. Instead, the GUI does not display dwarf names and the 
labor grid is missing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DF v0.31.25, DT 0.6.11, OS X 10.6.8

I'm reporting this because when it happened to me, I was able to fix it. I am 
not able to recreate the issue.

To fix the issue, I moved the ~/.config/UDP Software/Dwarf Therapist.ini out of 
that folder and let Dwarf Therapist recreate it. The issue went away after 
doing so.

Attached is the Dwarf Therapist.ini that was causing the issue.

Can also fix it by using the File > Reset Settings... menu option. Not ideal, 
but not sure what's causing this in the first place.

I also get this issue with OS X 10.7.5. It was not an issue until a recent set 
of patches. Not sure which one is the issue. Renaming/Removing the ini file 
fixed the issue. here is a diff between them.

I am having this same issue, but I cant find the file that you deleted.

Same issue! I fixed it by going into the dwarf therapist preferences menu, then 
to grid options and under cell padding i increased it from 0 to 1. Everything 
fine.

I was able to fix this by deleting Dwarf Therapist.ini, which I found at 
~/.config/UDP Software/

Ran into this issue today, after moving ~/.config/UDP Software/Dwarf 
Therapist.ini things got better. Thanks!
Attached is the problematic file and a diff between the working and the 
defective copy.
