在其他云上运行脚本的step3.5出现的问题 #566

运行后，会显示

dic.tar.gz:
0.00/? [00:00<?, ?B/s]

一直卡在这里，下载不了，然后最后会报错显示 URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 110] Connection timed out>

但是我这边尝试ping github.com是可以ping通的

系统如下，是在autodl上跑的 PyTorch 2.0.0 Python 3.8(ubuntu20.04) Cuda 11.8
