[bug] - 100% completed but not really #725

Dashboard say 100% but pill icone isn't at the end. Also lot of people told me they were at 105% of courses or more.

Recalculate course_progress at the end of the sync => When >100% put 100% ?! Also check how the calc is done ? What happens when chapter is del/added exactly ?
