The planteome.owl is an importer ontology that combines the various different ontologies of the planteome project into a single coherent ontology

In future we may provide a PURL, e.g http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/po/planteome.owl but for now the location is this github repo

AmiGO is loaded using this ontology (TODO: check this)
