Need Sonar Range #34

Hello,

Could you please add capability for display sonar range in the OSD?

Also Could you add sonar range alert?

If you care you can open the issue on TobiasBales/PlayuavOSD again so we at least have it on the list of things to do. Development here somewhat stopped, I and a couple other people picked it up again though.
